BUENE HOSPITAL" will have competent and qualified personnel in the health field in order to meet the expectations of the populations in the locality of Ibindja, the hospital which will be set up will consist of health poles and units and will be equipped with 150 beds.
There are also plans for an information system designed to improve the reception and management
of care and health professionals (access to the care file), as well as through the implementation of a
network, for data sharing.
Environmental, the Hospital will be equipped with a waste treatment station including a hospital
waste management system to enable the hospital to meet WHO standards.

The “adult anesthesia-resuscitation surgery” center takes care of all pathologies requiring surgery
and, in some cases, medical treatment, in all surgical disciplines. The center will have modern
technical platforms consisting of operating theaters and a surgical resuscitation unit.
Women and children division (Maternity, Gynecology, Pediatrics, Pediatric surgery, Pediatric
anesthesia-resuscitation, Adult anesthesia-resuscitation)
Prevention of infectious risks: This department will ensure the prevention of infectious risks
during all professional acts: protocols, audits, monitoring, training
Sterilization: Treatment of sterile medical devices intended for all departments and operating
theaters of the hospital. Advice and centralization of orders for re-sterilizable medical devices
Medical Information Department: Collection and analysis of medical activity data, Evaluation of Professional Practices, carrying out surveys and audits
